Join us for a lino-printing workshop celebrating both World Art Day and World Curlew Day.

You will have chance to practise using lino-cutting tools and to generate a design inspired by the wonderful Curlew, before cutting and printing your design.

Drinks and biscuits will be available throughout the morning.

What you will need:

Please bring an apron

No prior printing experience necessary, all equipment provided.

A range of images to inspire your design will be provided, but if you have any particular image you would like to work from, you are welcome to bring it with you.

Where to meet:

Quarry visitor centre, (Nosterfield Quarry, Flask Lane)

To find the Quarry visitor centre, turn right off the B6267, just before you enter the village of Nosterfield as you head in the direction of Masham. It has a stone 'Nosterfield Quarry' sign marking the turning. It is an immediate left turn into the car park
